Qingdao Zhongrui Weifei Marine Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in 2019 in the Qingdao West Coast New Area. It is a joint venture between Ruiyuan Holding Group and Kerui Group, with a registered capital of RMB 300 million. It is a national high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, design, production, sales, and service support for marine oil and gas equipment. The company is dedicated to the R&D and manufacturing of high-end intelligent marine and subsea oil and gas equipment. Its main business scope covers marine drilling and workover automation equipment, marine oil and gas production enhancement equipment, marine nitrogen generation equipment, and subsea wellhead Christmas tree supporting equipment. Adhering to the quality policy of "striving for perfection, pursuing continuous improvement, upholding integrity, ensuring customer satisfaction", and based on the business philosophy of "integrity, pragmatism, efficiency, and innovation", the company is striding forward towards its mission goal of "making marine oil and gas equipment safer and smarter".
The company has over 50 R&D and design personnel and has cumulatively obtained nearly a hundred authorized patents. It has established strategic cooperative relationships with universities and research institutes such as China University of Petroleum, Shandong University of Science and Technology, and Shandong Academy of Sciences. The company has been certified as a National High-tech Enterprise, Shandong Provincial Sci-tech SME, Qingdao Specialized, Refined, Differential and Innovative Enterprise, Qingdao Technological Innovation Center, and Qingdao Eagle Enterprise, and is listed among the first batch of Qingdao Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Bases. It holds the three-system certification issued by CCS (China Classification Society), Special Equipment Manufacturing License (Class A2), as well as certifications from classification societies including DNV, CCS, BV and RINA.
