Products Description
Ocean membrane nitrogen generator is a gas separation equipment designed specifically for marine environments such as ships and offshore platforms. It uses membrane separation technology to directly extract high-purity nitrogen from the air without relying on external liquid nitrogen supply
Working principle
1.Air pretreatment
Compressed air undergoes multi-stage filtration to remove impurities such as oil, water, and particulate matter.
2.Membrane separation process
The purified air enters the hollow fiber membrane group. Due to the fast permeation rate of gases such as oxygen and water vapor, they quickly pass through the membrane wall and are discharged; Due to its slow permeation rate, nitrogen accumulates on the retention side to form high-purity nitrogen gas (usually with a purity of 95% to 99.9%).
3.Output regulation
The nitrogen rich gas is processed by a pressure stabilization device and transported to the gas consumption system
